Modern life is full of stress. Many people feel tired and worried almost every day. Stress comes from many sides: work, study, family and social relationships. Although we cannot avoid stress completely, we can learn to deal with it in healthy ways.

The first way is to take enough rest. When you feel tired, stop working and take a short break. A good sleep every night is also necessary for both body and mind.

The second way is to do exercise regularly. Walking, running or playing sports can help relax your body. Sports can also make you feel happy and confident.

The third way is to talk with friends or family. Sharing your trouble with others can make you feel relaxed. You will not feel lonely when someone understands you.

In a word, proper rest, exercise and communication are simple but useful ways to reduce stress in daily life.
