The Importance of Persistence in English Study

Nowadays, many adult students give up learning English easily when they meet difficulties. They only study for a short time and stop reviewing words or doing exercises, so they fail the degree English exam again and again.

Persistence is the key to mastering English well. Language learning needs long-term accumulation. If we keep memorizing vocabulary and practicing reading every day, our grammar and reading skills will improve step by step. No one can make great progress overnight.

In my opinion, we should make a daily study plan and stick to it. Even 20 minutes of learning each day is better than one-day crazy review. Only with lasting efforts can we pass the degree English test smoothly.
